Terms of Service
Effective: September 5, 2026
1. About PRUDVIA
PRUDVIA is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform operated as a sole-trader digital business. It provides project and portfolio intelligence tools for construction and real estate organizations, including dashboards, project monitoring, financial tracking, risk and issue management, reporting and decision-support features.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use PRUDVIA only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for users you authorize and for the accuracy and legality of data uploaded to your workspace.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is offered through recurring subscription plans shown on our Pricing page. Plans may include limits on projects, users or features. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable billing period. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle, and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts and related buyer payment services.
4. Trials
Eligible customers may receive a 14-day free trial. Trial access may be limited or converted to a paid subscription only in accordance with the checkout terms presented to the customer.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing management tools. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated. Refunds and mandatory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy and are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law.
6. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of data you submit to PRUDVIA. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure and display that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
PRUDVIA, its software, design, branding and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription term; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may evolve as the platform is improved. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.
9. No professional advice
PRUDVIA provides project-management and decision-support software. Outputs, analytics and AI-assisted insights are informational tools and do not replace professional engineering, legal, financial, safety or contractual judgment. Users remain responsible for decisions made using the platform.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRUDVIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions may be sent to support@prudvia.com.
