Privacy Policy
Effective: September 5, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how PRUDVIA collects and processes personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use our project and portfolio intelligence platform, contact support, or manage a subscription.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use PRUDVIA, we may process account and profile information, organization and project information, user-generated project data, support communications, technical and security logs, device/browser information, and subscription identifiers. We do not directly store full payment-card details processed by our payment provider.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, administer organizations and subscriptions, enforce plan limits, provide support, maintain auditability, improve product performance, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment processing
Subscription purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, billing, tax and transaction information under its own privacy terms. PRUDVIA receives the identifiers and transaction/subscription status needed to provision and manage access.
5. Service providers
We may use trusted infrastructure, hosting, database, email, analytics and payment providers to operate PRUDVIA. They may process information only as necessary to provide their services and subject to their applicable contractual and security obligations.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data category and account status.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their credentials and managing authorized users.
8. International processing
PRUDVIA and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a competent authority. Rights are subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@prudvia.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
11. Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to PRUDVIA, our providers or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
